Great to meet you!

I have been a counselor for eight years, specializing in trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have worked with teens and young adults as they navigate new and sometimes challenging transitions in their lives. I have a Master's from East Texas State University and am currently working on my doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a direct and empowering approach to therapy. I believe you have the power to take control and create a life that aligns with your values. We will work collaboratively to identify your strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges. You'll learn to trust your intuition and make informed choices through a supportive and validating environment.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal for clients is to walk away with the belief that they can take control of their healing journey and with practical tools to foster resiliency and change.
