Great to meet you!

Welcome! Reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. I have a special passion for working with women and teens who are struggling with attachment wounds, self-worth, people-pleasing, and unhealthy relationship patterns. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and supported enough to keep moving forward. My role is to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. I tailor treatment to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed, attachment-focused interventions. Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, or low self-worth, we'll work together to help you build healthier relationships, increase emotional resilience, and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and identify the goals you'd like to work toward. I'll also ask questions about your personal history to better understand your experiences and the factors that may be contributing to your current challenges. By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we'll work together and a personalized plan for moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.
