Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate therapist with a professional background in education, school counseling, student advocacy, and leadership. I have extensive experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families through stress, life transitions, academic concerns, career decisions, and emotional challenges.

My areas of focus include teens and young adults, couples, and relationship concerns. I enjoy helping clients strengthen communication, build confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and develop more fulfilling relationships. I provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, practical, and strengths-based. I work alongside clients to understand their concerns, identify unhelpful patterns, and establish meaningful goals.

With teens and young adults, I focus on confidence, coping skills, communication, decision-making, and navigating the transition into adulthood.

With couples, I help both partners feel heard while addressing communication, conflict, trust, boundaries, and unmet needs. My style is supportive and honest, providing clients with encouragement and practical tools for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a comfortable, confidential, and judgment-free conversation. I will take time to learn about you, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to accomplish. Together, we will identify your strengths, concerns, priorities, and initial goals. Couples will have an opportunity to share both perspectives, while teens and young adults will be encouraged to participate actively in creating their goals. You do not need to have everything figured out—we will work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you
