Great to meet you!

If life has been feeling overwhelming, stressful, or harder to manage lately, you don’t have to go through it alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with three years of clinical experience helping individuals navigate emotional and life challenges. I help people find relief, regain balance, and feel more confident as they move through difficult seasons. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, which is why I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can come as you are, with no pressure, and feel comfortable being yourself.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, and difficulty coping with the demands of everyday life. Whether you are adjusting to a new chapter, feeling stuck, emotionally drained, or simply needing extra support, we will work together to help you regain balance, build coping skills, and move forward with greater clarity.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused strategies to help you better manage stress, understand patterns, and build resilience.

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges with confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change. You don’t have to carry everything alone—I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy that is grounded in trust, connection, and collaboration. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable exploring whatever may be weighing on you. I recognize that healing looks different for everyone, so our work together will be personalized to fit your needs and goals.

I often work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, stress, major life changes, and challenges adjusting to the demands of daily life. I also support those who may be struggling with self-doubt, feeling emotionally exhausted, or having difficulty finding direction. Together, we will work to increase self-awareness, strengthen coping strategies, and create practical steps toward growth and stability.

My therapeutic style draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strengths-based approaches, and solution-focused techniques. I aim to help you build insight, develop healthier patterns, and feel more empowered in managing life’s challenges.

I believe meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on empathy and respect. You can expect a supportive, honest, and encouraging environment where progress happens at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space where we begin getting to know one another. Starting therapy can bring up many emotions, so I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable, heard, and able to show up exactly as you are.

During our first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you may be facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. We may also explore important areas of your life such as relationships, stressors, personal history, and current coping strategies to better understand your experiences and needs.

My goal in the first session is not to have everything figured out right away, but to begin building trust, gaining clarity, and identifying meaningful goals together. Whether that means managing anxiety, navigating a life transition, improving coping skills, or simply having a space to process, we will create a path forward that feels realistic and supportive.

My hope is that clients leave the first session feeling understood, supported, and with a clearer sense of how therapy can help.
