Great to meet you!

I’m a psychiatrist who believes good care starts with listening. I take time to understand the full picture, not just symptoms. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and practical. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and actively involved in your treatment plan.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based medication management with psychodynamic and supportive principles. I focus on both symptom relief and understanding underlying patterns that may be contributing to distress. I work closely with patients to develop a structured, individualized plan that supports long-term stability and growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you in and what you’re hoping to change or improve. I’ll ask about your current symptoms, medical and mental health history, stressors, and goals. This helps me get a clear picture before making any recommendations.

You’ll also have space to ask questions and share concerns. By the end of the session, we’ll discuss a treatment plan, which may include medication, therapy, or both, and outline next steps. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and supported.
