With over a decade of dedicated experience in the field of substance use disorders (SUD), I have spent the majority of my career specializing in co-occurring mental health and addiction treatment. I am a dual-licensed professional in the state of New Jersey, holding credentials as both a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT). This unique background allows me to provide comprehensive, integrated care that addresses the complex intersection of substance use and relational or systemic mental health challenges.

My practice is firmly rooted in a person-centered philosophy, meaning I prioritize building a strong rapport and fostering open communication. It is essential to me that you feel respected, heard, and valued in our therapeutic relationship. Because I believe everyone's story is completely unique, I reject one-size-fits-all methods in favor of a highly individualized approach tailored to your specific life experiences and goals.

Our introductory session focuses entirely on your story and what brings you to therapy. Together, we will identify two to three specific goals to focus on accomplishing over the next few months. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel secure and safe to be vulnerable.
