Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate trauma, stress, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in clinical expertise and deep respect for your unique story.

I specialize in:

  • Trauma recovery & PTSD support (including veterans, survivors, and first responders)
  • Anxiety, depression, and stress management
  • Grief and loss counseling
  • Family and relationship concerns
  • Life transitions, identity, and self-esteem

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I believe healing is not something I do to you—it’s something we do together. My role is to create a safe, compassionate space where your story is honored and your strengths are seen. I view therapy as a partnership built on mutual power: you bring lived experience and resilience, I bring clinical tools and perspective, and together we chart a path toward healing.

I help you tune into your five core resilience pathways—body, heart, mind, spirit, and community. When stress or trauma overwhelms one area, the others can support you. By reconnecting these five, you learn how to regulate your nervous system, shift unhelpful patterns, and reclaim your sense of self.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore how your coping strategies once kept you safe and how they can be reshaped into sources of strength. Whether you are facing trauma, anxiety, grief, or relationship challenges, my goal is to walk alongside you as you rediscover safety, meaning, and connection.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a supportive space that honors your struggles and strengths. I use a trauma-informed approach, integrating methods like CBT, somatic awareness, and the Enneagram to help you understand patterns, regulate your nervous system, and move toward resilience.

My goal is to help you not just cope, but heal—so you can reclaim who you are beyond the impact of trauma and create a life that feels safe, meaningful, and connected.
