Great to meet you!

I want therapy to feel like a conversation that helps you move forward. We'll talk about the complicated stuff—relationships, grief, illness, or not feeling like yourself—and figure out what might help. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in CBT. I have over nine years of experience and a master's from Columbia University. I see teens, adults and couples online in CT and NY.

My approach to therapy

My own experience with therapy is what inspired me to become a therapist. It taught me how much it matters to feel understood, but also to leave with something useful. I'll help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, explore different ways of responding, and make changes that carry over into your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

We'll start by getting to know each other, talking about what's been difficult, and exploring what you'd like to change. From there, we'll work together to find practical strategies that fit your life and help you feel more confident navigating challenges. My hope is that you'll leave therapy feeling more equipped to handle life's ups and downs.
