Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or facing a challenging time, you don’t have to go through it alone. I provide a caring and supportive space where you can share what’s on your mind, feel understood, and truly be heard. I have many years of experience working with children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings, and I’m here to support you as you navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, or major life transitions. My approach is compassionate and tailored to you, drawing from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. Everyone’s journey toward healing and growth is unique, and together we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

You deserve to feel heard, and supported in therapy. I focus on building a trusting, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Grounded in empathy and collaboration, my approach honors your unique story. If you're working through trauma, I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process painful memories, ease emotional triggers, and support your healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know you and what has brought you here. We’ll talk about the challenges you’re facing, any symptoms you may be experiencing, and parts of your life that feel important, such as relationships, work, or health. I’ll also gather background information to help develop a personalized course of treatment tailored to your needs. We’ll touch on any past therapy experiences and what you hope to achieve this time. Together, we’ll set goals and I’ll explain my approach so you have a clear sense of what to expect. You’re always welcome to ask questions about the process, how often we might meet, or anything else on your mind.
