Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or going through a difficult time, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe, understood, and truly listened to. With many years of experience working with children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings, I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, or life transitions. My approach is grounded in compassion and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. Healing and growth look different for everyone, and together we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

You deserve to feel safe, heard, and supported in therapy. I focus on building a trusting, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Grounded in empathy and collaboration, my approach honors your unique story. If you're working through trauma, I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process painful memories, ease emotional triggers, and support your healing.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, we’ll take time to talk about what’s been bringing you in, your current struggles, any symptoms you’re experiencing, and parts of your personal history that feel important, like relationships, work, or health. We’ll also explore any past therapy experiences and what you’re hoping for this time around. Together, we’ll set some goals and I’ll share how I approach the work so you know what to expect. You’re always welcome to ask questions about the process, how often we might meet, or anything else on your mind. As we move forward, my hope is that you’ll gain a clearer understanding of your emotions, your thoughts, and how they’re shaping your experiences and relationships.
