I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia and have over 30 years of experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse. My clinical experience includes working with adults and teens dealing with issues of depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, and substance abuse. I believe it takes courage to reach out for help and I am proud of those who take that first step to improve their mental health

My approach to therapy

I identify as a Cognitive Behavior therapist with an emphasis on helping my clients identify their strengths and resources to resolve their behavioral, emotional and mental health issues. I work closely with my clients to create a open and safe environment where their thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement or bias.
