Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents (16+) and adults. I have over 15 years of experience in healthcare, including more than a decade in psychiatric practice.

I treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-related concerns. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, focusing on developing individualized treatment plans that support both symptom relief and long-term stability

In addition to medication management, I incorporate brief supportive therapy and practical strategies to help address stress, improve sleep, and manage unhelpful thought patterns

I have a particular interest in trauma-informed care and women’s mental health, including perimenopause and menopause. I provide inclusive, respectful care and welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management while integrating brief supportive therapy to help address stress, anxiety, and unhelpful thought patterns. I focus on creating balanced, sustainable treatment plans that support both symptom relief and overall well-being.

I take an integrative approach that considers sleep, lifestyle, and daily habits, and I have a particular interest in trauma-informed care and women’s mental health. My goal is to provide clear guidance in a calm, supportive environment where clients feel heard and respected.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a comprehensive and unhurried evaluation where we take time to understand their symptoms, history, and goals. I focus on creating a calm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing openly. Together, we develop an initial treatment plan that may include medication options, as well as practical strategies to begin improving symptoms, sleep, and overall functioning.
