Sharon Coleman is a Licensed Clinical Social worker and yoga instructor. She has been providing evidenced-based and holistic practices for those who experience mental health concerns, or just want to improve their overall well-being for almost 15 years. Sharon believes that despite any challenges, everyone has the right to live well and do what works for them.

My approach to therapy

I practice active listening to allow clients to feel heard and respected. I also combine Evidence-based practice with holistic techniques to ensure that I am addressing the needs of the whole person rather just a problem.

What you can expect from me

Client will sometimes receive home assigns to assist them in working on skills discussed in session. Hopefully clients will also have a better sense of what works for their well-being become consistent in maintaining the gains they achieve in therapy.
