Dr. Sharon Cross

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been doing therapy for over 30 years. I have worked in many different settings including women's issues, residential treatment centers for children and adolescents, and the military population. I see a wide variety of clients including preteens and adolescents. My areas of focus are working with those who have anxiety, depression, and job stress.

I like to take a holistic approach to therapy with client. I primarily use cognitive behavioral methods when working with clients but also pull from other therapy styles depending on the presenting problem.

Clients can expect to feel supported and heard. They can also expect to receive help with finding solutions to their issues.
