I'm Sharon, a compassionate Psychiatric/Mental-Health Clinical Nurse Specialist with over 20 years of experience serving children, adolescents, and young adults. I have worked across a variety of settings including outpatient group practices, psychiatric hospitals and residential treatment centers.

I am dedicated to fostering trusting relationships and providing thoughtful individualized care in a warm and supportive setting. My approach is client centered, collaborative and grounded in evidenced based practices , with a focus on helping each patient and family feel understood and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client centered and grounded in warmth, openness and honesty. I believe that building a trusting relationship is essential, as it creates a safe space for open communication and helps me better understand your strengths, challenges and goals. I offer recommendations for medications, lifestyle changes and supports backed by evidenced based research for you and your family to consider. I understand how difficult these decisions can be and am here to answer all your questions!

What you can expect from me

Our first session focuses on helping you feel comfortable and getting to know you.
