Great to meet you!

My name is Sharon D. Campbell. I am licensed in Mental Health Counseling. I have been practicing therapy for over two awesome decades. I specialize in treating depression, using spirituality, holistic care, solution strength base focus and Laugh Yoga Therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is an honest one. My theory is that honesty, responsibility and accountability is essential to the healing process. What brings me the most joy in counseling is developing a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients and walking alongside them as they work toward deep healing, and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect an introduction with a disclaimer as to how I provide the OP services. In addition to a sense of peace, honesty, immediate rapport building and prayerfully a couple of laughs (laughter is light to the soul) and a start to identify the goals for therapy.
