I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years and have a broad understanding of the human experience. I am a deeply empathetic, genuine and inquisitive person and truly enjoy getting to know my clients and listening to their life stories. I believe in the values of the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client which includes trust, caring, and respect.

I believe that treatment is based on a mutual agreement between therapist and client for the goals of therapy and in collaboration on the "work" or tasks of the treatment. I allow the client to freely express their thoughts and feelings and create a warm, accepting non judgmental environment.
