Hi! I'm a Licensed Therapist (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my degree from Nova Southeastern University in South Florida and have been practicing for the past 24years. I have experience helping teens, young adults and couples manage stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. Having worked with teens, young professionals and couples for the past 23 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I help teens and young adults struggling with stress , anxiety and burnout become the best versions of themselves. I love working with young professionals who are in the first few years of their careers. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers. Additionally, I enjoy working with couple reignite the flame in a once flourishing relationship. I remind couples how to accept each other and gain balance in their relationship.
