Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I believe in the importance of prioritizing one's mental health. I've practiced in a variety of settings for 30+ years, both inpatient and outpatient, with youth and adults addressing mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, dissociative disorders, eating disorders, relationship struggles, transitions, and loss. Choosing to seek therapy is a life-changing decision and I'm thrilled you took this step toward healing.

My approach to therapy

My treatment style is systems-oriented and solution based with a cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic focus. We work together in collaboratively, to help you developing stronger and healthier ways of interacting with yourself, others and the world around you.

What you can expect from me

The primary goal of the first session is to ensure you feel safe and comfortable. As we get to know each other, you'll have an opportunity to share thoughts or questions you may have about the therapeutic process to help you feel more at ease. Our conversations will give me the opportunity to understand the reasons you are presently seeking therapy, explore with you your personal history, your strengths and struggles, and discuss goals to create a treatment plan for future sessions.
