Great to meet you!

Hello,

I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate School, a humanistic program grounded in Jungian theory. My background is in treating trauma, grief, and attachment-related issues. Prior to becoming a psychologist, I taught in the Massachusetts Public Schools.

My approach to therapy

My main focus in working with clients is listening, allowing clients to unload their stories and listen to highlight their concerns. I reflect back to clients what I see as themes that need attention. I have experience with dream interpretation and with other imaginal work. I am direct and pragmatic to the extent that the client feels comfortable with that mode of intervention.

What you can expect from me

I hope that after a session with me, a client will feel heard, seen, and validated with a sense of being able to hold and to navigate overarching issues. My clients report experiencing a greater sense of clarity and confidence after their sessions.
