I graduated with my Masters Degree in 2005 from Monmouth University. I have been in the social work field for 25 years with a wide range of experience from working with teen parents to hospice care. My clinical experience includes mental health counseling and substance use disorder counseling as well.
My approach is an individualized strengths-based approach including components of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). I strive to provide a warm, safe, and trusting environment.
