Great to meet you!

I believe that everyone deserves compassionate, respectful mental health care where they feel truly heard. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, and other emotional challenges. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can openly discuss your concerns while we work together to improve your overall well-being. I take time to understand your unique experiences and develop a treatment plan that supports both symptom relief and long-term wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and personalized because I know that no two people experience mental health challenges the same way. I combine thoughtful psychiatric evaluation and medication management with education, supportive therapy, and practical coping strategies to help you reach your goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, or substance use concerns, I believe in treating the whole person—not just the diagnosis—and empowering you to be an active participant in your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a welcoming, supportive environment. We'll discuss what has been bringing you in, review your mental health and medical history, explore your symptoms, and talk about your goals for treatment. Together, we'll develop an individualized care plan that may include medication management, therapy recommendations, and lifestyle strategies tailored to your needs. My hope is that you'll leave your first appointment feeling heard, understood, and confident that you have a partner to support you throughout your mental health journey.
