Great to meet you!

Many people suffer in silence — sometimes without even realizing that what they're experiencing is a mental health challenge. I became a mental health professional because I want to change that. I believe that speaking openly about what's going on is the first step toward healing, and I'm deeply committed to creating a space where clients feel safe and comfortable doing exactly that. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I work with clients who are experiencing difficulty with concentration and focus, a loss of joy in things they once loved, and significant stress — often related to work. My goal is to help you not just manage your symptoms, but to continue moving forward in life with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is entirely patient-centered. I believe that effective communication is the foundation of good mental health care, so I lead with active, genuine listening. I work best with clients who are ready to invest in themselves and take their mental health to the next level — because when you're ready to do the work, real progress is possible. I place a strong emphasis on goal setting, helping clients identify what they want their lives to look like and building a clear path to get there. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and focused on practical growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know each other. I'll take time to really listen to what brought you in, what you've been experiencing, and what you're hoping to achieve. There's no pressure — my goal is for you to leave that first appointment feeling heard and more comfortable than when you walked in. We'll begin talking about your goals and what a meaningful path forward looks like for you. Outside of the therapy room, I'm someone who loves to travel and enjoys shopping — little reminders that life is meant to be lived fully, and that's exactly what I hope to help my clients do.
