Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and over six years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with clarity and compassion. I specialize in working with couples, emerging adults, and individuals managing anxiety.

Whether you’re feeling disconnected in your relationship, overwhelmed by transitions, or struggling to manage daily stress, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relational, and insight-oriented. I work collaboratively with clients, tailoring therapy to fit your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices like emotionally focused therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and relational therapy to help you build stronger connections, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful change. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I strive to create a culturally sensitive, inclusive space where all parts of you are welcome. Clients often describe me as calm, genuine, and easy to talk to. Whether you’re seeking support as an individual or as a couple, my goal is to help you feel grounded, connected, and more confident in facing life’s challenges.

If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and growth, I’d be honored to support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to gain greater clarity, emotional insight, and practical tools to navigate life and relationships with more confidence. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

Clients often walk away with a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotional patterns , improved communication and connection in their relationships, and coping strategies to manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelm. I support clients in strengthening their sense of self-worth and direction. I guide clients to

be able to set boundaries and show up more authentically in their lives.

Therapy is a collaborative process and we’ll move at your pace. Whether you’re healing from something difficult or seeking personal growth, our work together will focus on helping you feel more grounded, connected, and in charge of your life.
