Great to meet you!

I am a family-oriented individual who understands the importance of balanced living and self-care. My formal education as a master's-level social worker, personal trials and errors, and 20-plus years of work experience with youth, individuals, and families have taught me that we are all unique human beings with our own life experiences with a shared desire for happiness. The difference in levels of individual and family satisfaction is often attributed to intentional effort, mindset, and perspective. The goal of my practice is to empower hope, healing, & healthy relationships!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is casual yet professional, with a goal of you feeling safe and comfortable as we process your unique situation. I will help you challenge your own thinking as we reflect on your situation to determine a course of action that leads to your desired outcome. There are no promises, but with consistency and hard work, you will see change and a level of success.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be filled with discovery of who you are as an individual and/or family. We will explore your hopes, dreams, successes, and perceived failures. You will share with me what led to your choosing therapy and what you expect to happen as a result. This will also be a time for you to learn more about me and how we can work together to help you accomplish your goal(s).
