Great to meet you!

As a therapist, one needs a compassionate heart for helping people heal brokenness in their lives, and make lasting changes to live and not just exist. My practice stands by this philosophy. I have worked with hospital and private practice clinical settings providing individual, family, and couples treatment for adolescents', adults', and elders' mental health issues, and I have presented workshops on the national, state, and local levels in adult and adolescent issues.

My approach to therapy

As one begins therapy, it is important to feel comfortable and have a trusting relationship with the therapist. I find that allowing the client to share in a non threatening environment can lead quickly to a trusting relationship.

What you can expect from me

Within each session, I feel it is my responsibility to allow the client to delve into a specific area of concern and leave the session feeling cleared of that particular situation with tools needed to sustain that feeling.
