Great to meet you!

Entering therapy can feel vulnerable, but it is also a meaningful step toward lasting emotional ease. When relationships, life circumstances, or ongoing responsibilities leave you feeling off balance, it may show up as anxiety, exhaustion, loneliness, or a sense of disconnection from yourself and others. Outwardly, your life may appear successful and well managed, yet privately you may be carrying burdens that few people see. Together, we can make sense of what lies beneath the surface and find relief from persistent inner tension.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, relational and grounded in empathy. My work is informed by years of experience, and a genuine love of people. Whether you're navigating everyday challenges or carrying significant professional responsibilities, I help thoughtful, capable adults who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, people pleasing, or relational trauma. Together, we'll make sense of things.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, and what you hope will be different in your life. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences and concerns while creating a comfortable, nonjudgmental space for us to talk. The goal is not to solve everything in one session, but to begin building understanding, identify meaningful goals, and determine whether we're a good fit for working together.
