Great to meet you!

With my education and experience; both personal and professionally, I am able to connect and provide care to a diverse group of people of all ages. I am a mother of four grown children and have eight grandchildren. I've experienced loss, hardship, as well as healing. I enjoy helping others reach their full potential and live his or her best life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to providing care always begins with meeting you where you are; listening and being empathetic while assessing and identifying areas of need. I utilize the Recovery Model which is a patient driven model that encourages a partnership with you for developing an individual treatment plan. Mind, body and spirit are all connected and addressing each component encourages optimal health. I prescribe according to FDA recommendations and follow safe practice.

What you can expect from our first session
