Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, anxiety, and self-doubt. On the outside, you may appear put together, but internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or unsure of yourself. Often, these patterns are connected to earlier experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and relate to others.

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen and understood. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and explore what’s happening in your life without judgment.

My background includes mental health counseling and community-based work, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and recognize how personal experiences shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others.

I’m especially passionate about helping you understand the patterns and beliefs that influence your life. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you,it’s about gaining clarity, building insight, and developing tools to help you feel more confident, balanced, and grounded.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to each individual. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parts work, and insight-oriented therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and internal patterns.

Together, we explore the underlying beliefs or experiences that may be influencing current struggles. I often help clients identify the internal “parts” or protective patterns that show up in their lives, like self-criticism, skepticism, people-pleasing, or emotional withdrawal, and work toward developing a more balanced and compassionate relationship with themselves.

I strive to balance practical tools with deeper exploration. Some sessions may focus on strategies for managing anxiety or stress, while others may involve understanding long-standing emotional patterns. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical, helping clients gain insight while also developing real-world coping skills.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process.

I’ll ask questions to understand your experiences, background, and goals, but the pace is always guided by what feels comfortable for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting, part of therapy is discovering clarity together.

Clients often leave the first session with a better understanding of how therapy can support them, along with a sense of relief that they have a space where they can openly talk about what’s going on in their lives. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning.
