Great to meet you!

We all feel alone at times, like no one around us truly understands. That disconnection can lead us to withdraw from the people and activities we love. Whether it’s challenges at work, struggles with family or struggle with addiction, couple counselings, those that maybe stuck in life and adolesense, or a battle within yourself, I want you to know: you’re not alone. I’m here and I care. It’s okay to not be okay, and it’s perfectly fine to not have all the answers. Life is a journey, and while it can be rewarding, it’s not always easy. Sometimes, we find ourselves off course or without the tools we need to move forward. I am EMDR Trained, Substance Abuse Professional, Certified Anger Management, Gottman Trained, and Family Focus Therapy

Life can be challenging, and we all face moments of disconnection and struggle. Whether you are dealing with work stress, family conflict, addiction, or feeling lost and alone, it's important to remember that you are not alone. I am here to offer support and guidance on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach provides a safe, judgment-free space where you can be vulnerable and authentic with every part of you; even the ones you don't like. Together, we’ll explore challenges, unpack burdens, and build tools to help you navigate life with awareness and self-compassion. I'll hold all of your pieces as you rebuild yourself into who you want to become.

What you can expect from me

I offer a secure, non-judgmental environment where you can openly and honestly express your true self, including aspects you may find undesirable. Collaboratively, we will delve into your challenges, alleviate your burdens, and develop coping mechanisms to enable you to navigate life with mindfulness and self-compassion. Throughout your journey of self-discovery and transformation, I will support and accept you unconditionally.
