Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps? Struggling to navigate a life transition, anxiety, or trauma? Maybe you're experiencing sexual or relationship challenges. Many people come to therapy looking for a space where they can slow down, feel understood, and begin to regain a sense of clarity and balance.

I work with adults across the lifespan who are facing difficult seasons of life and want support that feels respectful, steady, and collaborative.

I strive to create a welcoming and affirming space for all clients. I am LGBTQ+ allied, sex-positive, and supportive of diverse identities, relationship structures, and alternative or nontraditional lifestyles. My goal is for you to feel safe, respected, and accepted exactly as you are.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida and have been supporting adults through life’s challenges since 2015. Currently I am enrolled at MSTI and working on my sex therapy certification. My professional experience, along with lived experience, has shaped my understanding of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, sexual dysfunction, substance use, and family-of-origin dynamics.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to better understand what’s been weighing on you and what you’d like to change.

I focus on your strengths while helping you build insight, coping skills, and self-compassion at a pace that feels right for you. My style is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental, while also being grounded and solution focused. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you; it’s about supporting you as you grow, heal, and reconnect with yourself.

What you can expect from me

When we work together, you can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where your experiences and feelings are respected. I move at your pace, honoring your goals and needs, while helping you build insight, coping skills, and self-compassion. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and guided by your unique strengths. My hope is that, throughout our work together, you feel heard, understood, and more confident in navigating the challenges in your life.
