Great to meet you!

With more than a decade of healthcare experience and over 8 years in psychiatry, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adults seeking support for their mental health. My background as a psychiatric nurse, including experience as a travel nurse, fueled my passion for psychiatry and inspired me to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

I specialize in adult medication management and treat a variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders. I believe that every individual deserves personalized care, and I work collaboratively with patients to develop treatment plans that support their goals, improve quality of life, and foster lasting emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in building a trusting therapeutic relationship where patients feel heard, respected, and supported. I believe that healing begins with understanding, and I strive to empower individuals through education, personalized treatment plans and strength-based care.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we will take the time to get to know one another. My goal is to understand your concerns, symptoms, personal history, and what you hope to achieve through treatment.

We will discuss your current challenges, past mental health and medical history, previous treatments, medications, lifestyle factors, and any questions or concerns you may have. Together, we will explore your goals and develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. If medication is appropriate, we will review options, expected benefits, and potential side effects so that you can make informed decisions about your care.
