Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can be a big step, especially when you have been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore what they are carrying and begin working toward meaningful change. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, relationship issues, family issues, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel disconnected from themselves, caught in patterns that no longer serve them, or unsure how to make sense of what they are feeling. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as we identify what is happening beneath the surface and create a path forward that fits your needs, strengths, and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique goals and experiences. I draw from evidence-based practices to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life experiences. In session, we may work on building coping skills, strengthening emotional regulation, improving communication, setting boundaries, processing grief or trauma, and creating healthier patterns in daily life. Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, relationship issues, family issues, low self-esteem, or major life changes, therapy can help you build insight, resilience, and practical tools for lasting growth. My style is warm, supportive, and grounded, while still helping you move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we begin getting to know one another and talking about what brought you to therapy. We will explore your current concerns, your personal history, your strengths, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, relationship issues, family issues, grief, low self-esteem, or a major life transition. There is no pressure to have everything figured out right away. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and more hopeful, with a clearer sense of direction and what support may look like as we continue the work together.
