Great to meet you!

I’m a board‐certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in behavioral health leadership. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. My style is warm, direct, and grounded in genuine curiosity about your lived experience.

I blend clinical expertise with a whole‐person perspective, helping you understand what you’re experiencing and what can help. My years in behavioral health shaped my commitment to trauma‐informed, culturally responsive care. I aim to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and able to explore what’s getting in the way of feeling like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and centered on understanding your story—not just your symptoms. I create a calm, non‐judgmental environment where you can speak openly and move at a pace that feels right for you. I use evidence‐based treatment, clear explanations, and practical strategies to help you gain clarity and make informed decisions about your care.

I focus on whole‐person wellness, integrating clinical insight with tools that support daily functioning and long‐term stability. Together, we build a plan that aligns with your values, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and understand what brought you in. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your history, and what you hope to change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, explain how I work, and discuss treatment options in a way that feels clear and manageable. Most importantly, you can expect to be heard, respected, and treated as a partner in your care.
