Great to meet you!

Sharon Shaver is a licensed marriage and family therapist who helps adults strengthen relationships, improve communication, and navigate life transitions. Using a warm, collaborative approach grounded in EFT and CBT, Sharon creates a supportive space where clients can build insight, foster connection, and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe enough to be honest, understood without judgment, and supported as you work toward meaningful change. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to our work while also being willing to gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I won't tell you what you should do; instead, I'll help you better understand yourself, your needs, and your relationships so you can make choices that feel right for you. Whether we're working through relationship challenges or navigating anxiety, depression, or a life transition, my goal is for you to feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on understanding what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping will change. We’ll talk about your relationship history, current challenges, and what feels most important right now. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance—this is a space to slow down, feel heard, and begin creating clarity together.
