Great to meet you!

I’m a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 10 years of clinical experience. My background includes emergency medicine, internal medicine, and hematology/oncology, which shapes my holistic approach to mental health care.

I’m especially passionate about supporting women and young adults who have experienced trauma or abuse, as well as those navigating major life transitions. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, safe, and empowered in your healing journey.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time outdoors whenever I can.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic and compassionate. I believe our mental health is deeply connected to our environment, relationships, life experiences, and physical health, so I take time to understand the full picture of what you’re going through. By integrating my background in both physical and mental health, I provide personalized, comprehensive care that prioritizes listening, building trust, and empowering you through education and collaboration — with a focus on long-term wellness and meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can speak openly about what’s been weighing on you. I’ll take time to understand you, your history and goals, explain the evaluation process clearly, and we’ll begin creating a personalized plan — whether that includes therapy, medication, lifestyle support, or a combination. You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a sense of support.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing.
