Great to meet you!

I help people with trauma overcome emotional chaos, a highjacked nervous system, and merry go round of negative thoughts so they can regain a stronger sense of self and reconnect with the people and things that matter most in their lives. You deserve support that helps you feel effective again in navigating your daily life.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping clients regain a sense of control and stability by using a multimodal integration of EMDR or Brain Spotting, DBT, exposure, and somatic work. These approaches work well together to help get at all parts effected by trauma; body/nervous system, brain, and emotions.

What you can expect from me

If you’re curious about whether this approach is right for you, I offer a 15‐minute discovery call. It’s a simple, pressure‐free way for us to talk about what you’re experiencing and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
