I have extensive experience with diverse populations (people experiencing life transitions, Mental Health/Substance Abuse issues, women issues, and self esteem issues). I have worked in a variety of social work settings (outpatient/Inpatient mental health settings, emergency rooms, military, jail and homeless settings) . I graduated Columbia University and have over 25 years with my LCSW-C. My passion is to assist you finding your true potential despite our past experiences and decisions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use CBT, Solution-Based, Motivational, Psychodynamic, Humanistic Therapy and whatever helps you to challenge barriers which keep you from connecting to your true person.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, challenging and respectful. Clients hopefully can expect therapist to be fully present, and encourage client to be honest and take responsibility for themselves and identify areas needing positive change.
