Great to meet you!

Specializing in the challenges of aging — from preparing emotionally and practically for retirement, building back after the loss of a spouse, to navigating the weight of chronic illness in yourself, a spouse, or an aging parent. Let me help you find your footing after a dementia diagnosis and navigate that journey as a patient or a caregiver. In my practice I can assess cognitive decline, dementia, depression, anxiety and offer a thoughtful blend of counseling and coaching tailored to meet you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm and practical person-centered approach that helps individuals, families and caregivers reduce stress, improve daily life and preserve dignity. I have trained and am certified in Mental Health and Aging and Dementia Therapy and incorporate a number of approaches that will best support your goals in therapy.

What you can expect from me
