I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has a passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma, intense stress, anxiety, depression and damaged self esteem. It is a privilege to be allowed to go on this journey with every client that will allow me in their space.
My therapeutic approach integrates multiple theoretical frameworks such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and reality therapy, based on each clients' individually voiced goals in treatment.
