Great to meet you!

I have numerous years of experience providing mental health counseling in Georgia. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership — I bring my experience and tools, and you bring your goals and life story. Together, we’ll work toward building resilience, developing practical coping skills, and finding a sense of hope and healing.

I’m a compassionate and approachable person who enjoys helping others to overcome! My clients often tell me they feel truly heard and supported in our work together. I bring a diverse background of experiences from working in private, non-profit, and governmental sectors delivering counseling services.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based practices with a person-centered focus, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. I have extensive experience in trauma-informed care, crisis response, outpatient mental health, couples & family therapy, along with substance use recovery. For those who desire it, I offer Christian Counseling, integrating faith with therapeutic support to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Regardless of background or beliefs, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward with strength, confidence and healing.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healing and growth.
