My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I help clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and create practical strategies for positive change in a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. We will discuss their concerns, goals, history, and current challenges while beginning to develop a personalized treatment plan. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable taking the first steps toward positive change.
