Great to meet you!

Hello, My name is Sharon Westbrook. I have been a Social Worker since 2012, working with people that have Dual Disorders (mental health and substance abuse). I am a person that gives people the benefit of the doubt and look towards people's strengths. I believe in building rapport and trust that leads to a strong therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

Focus on strengths and abilities. Work with patients to empower them to make their own decisions with guidance and support, as needed.

What you can expect from me

Patients will feel encouraged to work on the changes they want to make and understand that if their goals and objectives are not made between sessions, that sometimes it just takes small steps for change to occur and that they will always receive support and encouragement.
