Great to meet you!

If you’ve been carrying pain for a long time, feeling stuck in survival mode, or wondering whether things can really change, you don’t have to face it alone.

I work with adults navigating trauma, including childhood trauma, as well as addiction, depression, PTSD, fear, and low self-worth. My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and supported as we begin making sense of what you’ve been through and what healing could look like for you.

.

My approach to therapy

I bring years of experience working with people who have faced deep emotional pain, including military populations and clients recovering from long-standing trauma. As a mom and grandmother who has also moved through life’s challenges, I show up in therapy as real, grounded, and encouraging. Clients often describe me as warm and easy to talk to, and I believe therapy works best when we build it together at your pace.

What you can expect from me

You already have strengths that have carried you this far, even if they feel hard to access right now. In our work together, we’ll gently explore old patterns, reconnect with what’s strong within you, and create a path forward that feels more manageable and hopeful. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
