Great to meet you!

I provide a warm, welcoming space for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, family concerns, grief, and stress. I also support clients experiencing trauma, panic, sleep difficulties, substance use concerns, and challenges related to chronic health conditions, identity, and cultural experiences. Whether you are facing relationship struggles, changes in family life, concerns related to men’s or women’s mental health, or the emotional challenges of pregnancy and postpartum experiences, you deserve to feel heard and supported. My goal is to help you feel understood without judgment as you work toward greater balance and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you build on your existing strengths. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, among other approaches. Together, we can explore unhelpful patterns, strengthen communication, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical tools for everyday challenges. I tailor our work to your unique needs and goals, helping you move forward at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to connect, build trust, and begin understanding what matters most to you. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are facing, and the changes you hope to make. You do not need to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin. I will listen with care, welcome your questions, and work with you to identify realistic goals and next steps. My hope is that you leave feeling respected, encouraged, and more confident about the journey ahead.
