Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe prioritizing mental health and wellness is a key component to finding joy and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest things to do when not feeling like your optimal self, so congratulations on taking that first step! I’ve been practicing for about 4 years, and my main focus is helping individuals, couples, children and families, who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, life changes, trauma, or just seeking to enhance their overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a life story to tell and deserves an individualized approach when seeking help. Once we decide to work together, we will become partners in your therapeutic journey working side-by-side to achieve your goals. My desire is that you feel you can communicate openly and freely with me, and that you feel heard and respected. You can expect me to be non-judgmental, listen carefully, challenge, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

During our first meeting, you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment for you where you feel secure and comfortable to share. After our initial session, we will plan your goals and how we will make those a reality for you.
