Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a passionate and dedicated psychotherapist with a Ph.D. in Human Services, specializing in counseling studies and human behavior. With over 27 years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of guiding individuals and couples through their unique journeys toward healing and self-discovery.

My primary focus is on clients aged 18 and older, particularly those facing challenges like ADHD, anxiety, panic, depression, addictions and other life stressors. I believe that understanding ourselves is crucial to achieving happiness and stability, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients can explore their thoughts and feelings.

In addition to individual therapy, I find great joy in helping couples strengthen their relationships. Through my work, I aim to empower them to learn more about themselves and their partners, fostering deeper connections and growth together.

I’m committed to walking alongside my clients as they embark on their transformative journeys, and I look forward to the opportunity to support you in navigating life's complexities.
