Great to meet you!

Hi, welcome. I’m glad you’re here, and I’m here to support you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 17 years of experience in the behavioral health field, providing compassionate and effective therapeutic services. My clinical background includes work in substance use treatment, psychiatric care, and general mental health, supporting individuals across a wide range of needs and life experiences.

I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is both person-centered and holistic, with a focus on helping individuals identify the root or core concerns that contribute to emotional distress. I believe true healing comes from within, and I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop coping skills, and foster meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences at your own pace.

We will begin by getting to know one another. I will ask questions to better understand:

  • What brings you to therapy
  • Your current concerns and challenges
  • Your personal, family, and emotional background
  • Any goals you may have for therapy

This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process.

We will begin identifying key areas of focus and discuss how we can work together.
