I am overjoyed to meet, serve, and assist you in becoming the greatest version of yourselves. I am a Licensed Professional Mental health & Telehealth Counselor in the states of Ohio and Florida. In addition, I have been able to meet and advise leaders in the religious and governmental sectors to help bring forth equality to all levels of society. I want to be a light of acceptance, hope, self-worth to everyone I may encounter in this world. My Qualifications include me receiving a B.A. in Counseling and a Master of Education in Counseling with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. I have work with various populations such as Children, Teenagers, Adults, and Senior Citizens diagnosed with mental health and co-occurring disorders. I have provided Individual, Group, Family, and Marital Counseling to clients for over the past 12 years. I have also spear -headed an individual Court -Order Anger Management curriculum that has been successful in the State of Ohio. I have also worked as a Crisis Trauma Therapist for Children in the Foster Care System who had severe behavioral problems in Cincinnati Ohio school systems. I have worked as an Inpatient and Outpatient Therapist for several Psychiatrist Hospitals in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. I have served as a Triage Therapist for The Hamilton County Drug Court Program assisting clients to get the proper treatment needed to restore their lives. I have done extensive work with Adolescent, Adult, Women, and their families affected by addictions. My passion is working with clients who experience low self -esteem, family dynamic issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, relationship issues, anger management, substance use disorders, behavioral issues, past emotional trauma, as well as any other issues my clients may face.

My approach to therapy

A few of my modalities of treatment include (but are not limited too) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and grief therapy. I have been blessed and given a gift to help, encourage, and support others to reach their best potential on their journeys of healing spiritually, mentally, and physically.
