Great to meet you!

Life can be quite challenging. There are times when we feel like we’re all alone on this journey. I am a counselor who is passionate about partnering with clients to provide tools that will help them overcome those challenges. We are all in this game of life together. I provide a safe place to talk about your thoughts and feelings regarding issues such as grief, anxiety, and depression freely without fear of judgment while maintaining respect for all cultures.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an integrated theoretical approach that includes client-centered, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and strength-based therapies. I am also certified in anxiety and grief therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to normalize therapy as a part of self-care. Every client is treated like royalty because I believe that they are worthy. Therapy sessions are tailored to fit clients based on their individual needs. I look forward to working with you.
